• Why You Need to Live a Life of Purpose in 2020.

    A person who has a purpose in their life they have something to go after that has some meaning. It has to be something elevate your own life in the process.

    Life has a lot of challenges and distractions, that pushes us to live a life without meaning. When you have a list of high purpose in your life, It’ll help you through all kinds of challenges and difficulties that come your way, and If you don’t have those strong purposes for your life it’s easy to get swallowed, annihilated and disappear beneath the waves of daily life challenges.

    You got to have something on out there Beyond Today, next week, next month and this year. The clearer it is the more it affects your life, spirit, heart and soul.

    It also creates imagination that gets your mind working on how to achieve that purpose. And if your mind, heart, spirit, and soul work on your good ideas. There isn’t anything you cant accomplish.

  • How to deal with rejection

    Have you experience rejection before or reject someone/ idea?

    We all know being rejected isn’t the best feeling to experience. And we have also inflicted the same feeling to others. We all guilty of this crime. 

    The truth of the matter is, we will still face rejection in our life and also reject. So Your best strategy is to plan on how to deal with it.  

    1. It is not your fault 

    When someone rejected you or your idea is because of their perceptions and knowledge they have on the subject. And they aren’t will to have an open mind about it. That is why they are turning you down. Once you grasp this concept you will able to deal with rejection easily.

    2. Ask why?

    Develop a habit of Asking why the person who is dismissal you, it will help you to understand the reason for being rejected. In that way, you’ll have an insight into that person’s perceptive. 

    Adopting these two strategies will help you to deal with rejection from a place of understanding. Thinking someone will understand you as you do is a big mistake.   • Why self-talk is the major key to improve your life.

    You are what you think about all day long. you are also what you say to yourself all day long. If you say that you are old and tired, this will be manifested in your external reality. If you say you are weak and lack enthusiasm, this too will be the nature of your world. But if you say that you are healthy, wealthy, happy and fully alive, your life will be transformed. 

    The stories you say to yourself affect your self-image and your self-image determines what actions you take. For example, your self-image is for one person who lacks the confidence to do anything of value. You will only be able to take the actions that are aligned with this trait. On the other hand, if your self-image is one of the radiant individuals who if fearless, again all your action will correspond to this quality. Your self-image is a self-fulfilling prophecy of the sort.

    As Buddha said

    Your self-image is the governor of your life. It will never let you act in a way that is inconsistent with it. The beautiful thing is that you can change your self-image, by changing how you think about your self.

    ” Don’t copy the behaviour and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God’s will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect. “

  • How to calm Anxiety in three Steps.

    Don’t worry be happy is common words we hear often. It is easy said than done.

    The truth is you’ll still going to feel nervousness typically about an imminent event or something with an uncertain outcome. So how do you stop worrying? The following are the technique to help you cope with never-ending anxiety.

    First, examine what causes you to worry, by asking yourself why? It allows you to analyze the situation and understand the cause.

    Secondly, is anything that can be done? If there is anything you can do go ahead get it done immediately.

    Third, If it is beyond your capabilities, then you have to let go of it. This where your daily meditation comes in handy. Just as you observe your thoughts during meditation and letting go of the thoughts by bringing back your attention to your breath is the same way you’ll practise letting go of the worries thoughts by bringing back your attention to what you are doing at the moment.

  • How to Cultivating the reading as a habit

     If you ever want to create reading books as a hobby, this is for you. 

    Consider your hobbies and personal interests. Reading is more interesting and satisfying when reading about topics that we care about.

    • Seek out blogs, books, and magazines that pertain to your hobbies and interests to incentivize reading.

    Always carry a book. Wherever you go, take a book with you. When I leave the house, I always make sure to have a book. I take it pretty much everywhere I go unless I know for sure won’t be reading (like at a movie). If there is a time when you have to wait at the doctor’s office, sitting insider the bus or the airport. whip out your book and read. It is a great way to pass the time. 

    Set times. You should have a few set times during every day when you’ll read for at least 5-10 minutes. These are times that you will read no matter what — triggers that happen each day. For example, make it a habit to read during the morning and before bed. And if you also read every time you’re sitting on the bus. That’s a great start, and by itself would be an excellent daily reading habit.

    Never discuss past relationship with your existing partner nor letting them discuss there’s. Focus on your existing relationship starting today GOING FORWARD. The past is not only irrelevant but nobody’s business. Furthermore, it is unproductive to have your present partner/YOU speculating as to how they chalk up next to your past partners. And besides, when we talk about our past relationship we do liar little to make a story sound interesting. I know we human love to talk and ask about a past relationship. Don’t Go There!!

  • Perception kayak

    I am in at the stage of life where am always looking for new adventure experiences to explore. I decided to try kayak I never kayak before in my life. So I decided to give it a chance, Oooh boy I must say I did love it some much to a point am adapting it into my list of hobbies. It’s hard to explain the feeling in words but if you ever get the opportunity you should try it.


    The view and the stillness of the water just melted my heart to the present moment. I’m thankful God for all the beauty on this earth. The location to was at Elk Lake is a large lake located in Elk/Beaver Lake Regional Park in Saanich, British Columbia.

  • Self-love is the best love.

    Loving oneself isn’t a one-time thing it has to be an everyday job. You have to be conscience aware of your every thought and action toward yourself. Daily reaffirming your love for yourself is one way of showing love to your self. Click on the link here for daily affirmation you can use.

    Stop comparing your self to others.

     As Theodore Roosevelt said before. —Comparison is the thief of joy.” 

    If you find yourself most of the time comparing yourself to others, Checking their social media feeds and start feeling an unpleasant emotion. That is indiction you need to affirm your love towards yourself. 

    How to show self-love is to become aware of and avoid your triggers.  

    Start noticing the situations, circumstance and people that cause you to play the comparison game. Make a list of who and what you frequently envy or compare yourself to. Write how each it affects you negatively, and why it’s a waste of your time. Resolve to catch yourself next time. Avoid comparison triggers if you can, especially if the activity or contact doesn’t add meaning or any real value to your life.

    Self-love journey is one step at a time. So I dare you today show yourself love by not compare yourself to anyone.

  • Capilano Suspension Bridge park- Gracious Lymo.

    There are several attractions in the park and the main one is the Suspension Bridge. The Capilano Suspension Bridge is a simple suspension bridge crossing the Capilano River in the District of North Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The current bridge is 140 metres (460 ft)[1] long and 70 metres (230 ft) above the river. It is part of a private facility with an admission fee and draws over 1.2 million visitors per year. The views from the bridge are amazing.


    From the time I step onto the Capilano Suspension Bridge Park. I experience the freshness of the air, saw the variety of rain forest trees and birds like own and an eagle. Just remember to bring your love for nature and it won’t disappoint! I did enjoy being there emerge myself into nature. Check the photo below.
