Do you have someone in your life? Who you call anytime when you are in trouble he or she will come to your rescue, No matter what it takes?
I know for me is my sister. She will do whatever it takes to get me out of any trouble. Whenever I required financial help, she will pull through, Even if she has to sell everything to raise money. It doesn’t matter how long it takes. She will show up and make sure things happened.
As much I can proudly say I have someone, the other piece of the puzzle. Can my sister count on me as much I depend on her. For years I have been battling with this question. I knew deep down she can count on me only to a certain percentage. And I wanted to be what she has been to me. I made myself a promise. To improve and raise me to match her level of help she offers to me. So I can become even more of a helper to her. I want her to know that in this world. She has one person who she can rarely on 100%.
The promise
With that promise come the responsibility to become a better version of myself. It is my job to improve in every area of my life. To always strive to be in a position where I can be of service to her when she need help. Or to my friends and family. To be well equipped when she calls for help, I will show up and deliver.
It is Your duties
If you are blessed to have family and friends around you who can help when you need help. It is your job too to be helpful to them. You can’t keep taking and not giving back. Put yourself in a position where they can count on you. As you work to improve your life, you become more of help to your family and friends.
